• Face Data: SEAPI Online collects face data from users for the purpose of validating attendance, creating attachments from the camera, and scanning QR codes to track online approval processes.
• GPS Data: SEAPI Online collects GPS data to provide location-based features within the App.

SEAPI Online uses the collected face data and GPS data for the following purposes:

• Face Data: The face data collected by the App is used solely for the purpose of validating attendance, creating camera attachments, and scanning QR codes for tracking online approval processes within the App. This data is essential for ensuring the authenticity of user actions and enhancing the user experience.
• GPS Data: The GPS data is utilized to offer location-based features and functionalities within the App to enhance user experience and provide relevant services.

Data Retention

SEAPI Online retains face data for a period of three (3) months from the date of data upload. This retention period is necessary for administrative purposes in verifying data authenticity and maintaining data integrity.

Data Sharing

SEAPI Online does not share any user data, including face data and GPS data, with any third parties. All user data is stored securely within our internal systems and is used solely for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy.
